This blueprint was created from both experience and perspective. Growing up, my father held me to an extremely high standard—one that went beyond what most would consider typical. While it shaped parts of who I am today, it also gave me a deep understanding of how powerful the parent–player dynamic can be.
 
Over the years, working with athletes at different levels, I’ve seen a consistent pattern: many players don’t lose their love for the game because of coaches or teams, but because of the pressure they feel off the field. It’s a sensitive subject, but one that deserves attention and honest conversation.
 
This is why I place such a strong emphasis on protecting my players—not just in how they train, but in how they communicate, process feedback, and navigate their relationship with their parents. The goal is to create an environment where players can develop with confidence, clarity, and a genuine passion for the game.
 
This blueprint is a reflection of that mission. It provides guidance, perspective, and structure for both players and parents, with the intention of building stronger relationships, healthier communication, and long-term success in the sport.
